The Bambach Saddle Seat is more anatomically contoured than other saddle seats. A deeply sculpted front pommel and rear cantle stabilize the pelvis in an upright orientation for healthy spinal posture. The down-side of the anatomical contour is that it either fits you like a glove (comfortable) or it doesn’t (uncomfortable). A precise fit is especially important for men. If it fits you, we recommend it.

Pneumatic cylinders are easily replaced.
Growing children may need longer cylinders as they grow. Toddlers whose feet do not yet reach the floor can use a Bambach Saddle Seat with Foot Platform. The Foot Platform can be removed when the child grows.
Foot rings can be used if the user must sit so high their foot do not touch the floor. That said, we generally discourage the use of footrings as their interfere with ideal foot placement and movement.
Fitting a Bambach Saddle Seat is like fitting shoes. You won’t know if it fits until you try it. People with abnormal hip joint anatomy, fracture, surgery, or joint replacement may need a narrower or smaller saddle than recommended.
